Lost or Stolen Packages: QM Brands LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your leasing office, or the local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
